Promotional items such as the Water Bottle, Cage, Tool Combo are available 'while supplies last', as stated on our homepage due to limited availability. For recent orders that are eligible for the promotion, these items will be added manually by the fulfillment person and a confirmation email will be sent if inventory allows. Unfortunately, if your order was placed before the promotion began or is past a certain timeframe, it is not eligible for the promotional freebies.
