Order Damaged or LostUpdated 2 months ago

We are so sorry your order arrived damaged. The first thing we recommend is taking the bike out of the box for inspection. If there are any damages, you can reply with detailed photos so we can see how we can assist.

If the bike is clearly damaged and the box has arrived in severe condition, please head to the return portal through Redo. At the bottom, you will see a link saying "Start a return or claim." This will initiate the claim process.


If your package is said to be delivered but not at your designated address please check with your neighbors first or cameras to see where it might be. If you believe your order is lost you can head to the return portal through redo and click the link saying "Start a return or claim."

We advise waiting at least 1 business day after your tracking says it was delivered but did not arrive. This is to confirm that it wasn't left on the truck and is expected to arrive the following day.


If your order is still in transit but has not had any movement please allow up to 5 business days before filing it as lost as there are a few different reasons as to why it might be delayed. Often we need to give shipping couriers additional time to generate movement for packages during certain parts of the year. Rest assured we will get you taken care of.
