What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 2 months ago

We’re sorry your item(s) have damage!

We do our best to package our bikes with care. That is the main reason we have an image of a TV on the side of our boxes so couriers handle our bikes better. Sometimes that isn't the case so we will do our best to help.

Please email our team with images of the damage for further assistance.

We may have some additional questions but rest assured we will help you out!
