What is Redo?
When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included. This allows you to return eligible item(s) for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee or request an exchange. If you do not purchase Redo, you may still return your items, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs in addition to the 15% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges are subject to the guidelines below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Bikes that are new and unopened in the original box are eligible for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Bikes that have been removed from the box are not eligible for a refund
However:
- Bikes that have been removed from the box may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, pending inspection and approval
- Bikes that show signs of use, riding, or assembly may be subject to additional fees or denied at our discretion
Accessories and components are eligible for store credit only
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Bikes that have been removed from the box for sizing purposes may be exchanged upon inspection and approval through Redo. Shipping fees will apply for the replacement bike.
ASSEMBLY ORDERS (FINAL SALE)
Assembly orders must be canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before the bike is placed on the assembly stand.
- Once the bike has been placed on the assembly stand, the order is considered in progress
- Cancellations after this point will incur a $60 cancellation fee and a 15% restocking fee
- This applies regardless of the 48-hour window
All assembly orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
This includes any bike with upgrade installations, whether it is shipped or picked up in person.
This policy is non-negotiable.
